The Apprentice Project

MENTORS

A mentor can be a sounding board, someone who advises, someone who offers personal lessons learned, or someone who becomes a friend for life. The Project can help you connect.

Mentors make a commitment

◊  To be an active and avid listener as part of a deliberate, conscious, voluntary relationship.

◊  To be flexible with time commitment until the mentee is comfortable setting ground rules or structure.

◊  To share relevant professional and situational experiences and maintain confidentiality.

Enlist to be a mentor or a mentee.
